[SOLVED] Upgraded to Pro plan but dapp archived

We have upgraded to Pro plan 8 days ago.
But we have to wake up server and also at the moment my dapp is terminated.

A new Pro plan doesn’t have servers included, that is why the server is a sleeping server.

And we discontinued server for free plans on 1st of December:

So even though we use a new pro plan, do we have to set up self-hosting server?

yes, that is because new pro plans now don’t have an included server, we explicitly removed the servers from the pricing page for all the plans: moralis.io/pricing

Probably the shadiest business practice I’ve seen from a business.

First, it was “upgrade to Pro to keep using servers by December 1”.

Now support is telling us that we can’t use servers AT ALL… not even 2 weeks after paying $49 to upgrade to Pro and while trying to run a critical business."

All notices and emails only said servers for free plans would be retired.
