As per the latest announcement, Speedy nodes are being retired/decommissioned.

As per https://deep-index.moralis.io/api-docs/#/ only a few RPC calls are supported. What is the method to make all the standard/supported RPC calls that were possible earlier using speedy nodes using Web3API?
you can use another provider that has nodes. As a paying customer you will still be able to use nodes until 1 September
Will we still be able to spin up servers? Considering these servers also use speedy nodes.
you will be able to spin up servers, but you will not be able to use the speedy nodes directly in cloud code with web3ByChain or the ethers equivalent
we will still be using nodes internally for our services
