Which FRP download is right for me?

Can someone breakdown which FRP release on github is the correct one to download for Mac users? I know Mac runs on top of linux but how do I know which architecture is the correct one for me?

For older Macbook pros like my 2011, I found that version 0.35.1 darwin amd 64 worked.
