Web3 APIs /{address}/events are not available

Hi there,

I’ve been making POST calls to the Web3 API endpoint /{address}/events however I am now recieving error 502 between 2022-09-07 11:37:22 and 2022-09-07 11:44:47

The API responds as follows:

It looks like the server is providing the correct answer for about ten minutes. Is there anything I can do to ensure higher availability?

it is working now? it this something that reproduces now too?

The error is not reproducible now…
It’s working fine now, it was just unavailable for that time period and the error was recorded by the log printed by the server.

But for the production environment, this still has a big impact. So I would like to ask moralis if there is a solution that provides a high availability method, thanks!

Now I see that the time interval is from yesterday. We did have a short time issue yesterday.

Although the Starter Plan has enough traffic for our usage now, does it have the same availability as the Paid Plan?

yes, it is the same availability for every plan, it looks like it was an incident on our side when it didn’t work yesterday
