Unable to connect to the Parse API issue

We are getting this error frequently Unable to connect to the Parse API while calling the moralis queries service. Can we know why this is happening?

Currently this is happening at random intervals but if this occurs very frequently, our Backend API will face some problems and it will affect our bussiness logic

Can you give more context, are you using self-hosted or Moralis-hosted server for this?

it could happen if the server is overloaded and it is not able to respond at that time

We are using an Moralis hosted servers

Just wanted to check, how long will you guys support the moralis hosted server for the legacy users/developers ?

Note: I know it is already deprecated for new users.

There’s no set date yet, but you shouldn’t expect too far in the future. We recommend that you migrate as soon as possible so it will decrease your risk at later time.
