TX Hash from EthNFTTransfers not included in EthTransactions

I have a ETHNFTTransfer synced with a transaction hash of “0xc0689245bc1b8830de062ebde3b3799495beaa0de1f01634d116bd0c5bc5dadd” which is not included inside the synced EthTransactions collection. I am wondering why is this the case or how that works in general. If I have an EthNFTTransfer with a transmitted value of “xy” why its not appearing with the same hash inside the EthTransactions collection?

I guess this is just the hash of transaction data. The actuate transaction hash will be different.

I dont understand, the transaction that shows the NFT transfers belongsto that transaction hash, there is no other

We had some problems with nfts indexing over the last few days.
That is still a problem now?

yes, I have many EthNFTTransfers in the collection where the transaction hash is not found in the EthTransactions collection.

Are they missing only for a particular time interval like last few days? What is the chain?

I only have the Ethereum chain synced. Sometimes they do appear in the EthTransactions collection but Id say 80% are not included and I dont know why. From my understanding, whenever I have an EthNFTTransfer with eth value beeing transacted, it has to also appear as EthTransaction in that collection.

It could be different cases. It depends on who makes the transaction. A contract for example can transfer an nft from address a to address b but neither of the addresses to be directly used in that transaction as source or destination address.

when any of the synced addresses I have sends or receives an NFT a EthNFTTransfer should be synced too, thats why its confusing. The FROM or TO address has to be one of the synced addresses, so it has to populate an EthTransaction as well

Can you give more info about a specific case?
