I believe in parallel universes and play the National Lottery (EuroMillions) every week.
I have two questions:

  1. What is the maximum random number that can be generated by the method described at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wUn5pV-kJ24

  2. Is this random number as random as a random number generated by a quantum random generator.
