Sync and watch address Plugin

Hello. What happened to the “Sync and watch Address” plugin? I don’t see it in my server version 0.0.223. If I use the crypto common functions getTransactions() for an arbitrary address the result is empty. But the getTransactionsCount() functions gives me the result 191. This is exactly what I also see on etherscan.

Did I miss something?
