What does swarm source mean when I am looking at smart contracts?
When I read up, swarm is a decentralized storage solution, but why would some contracts need to store data off-chain, e.g. the contract for DAI?
Also, how do I access the ipfs link? When I try to use ipfs desktop, I am unable to locate the file:
