Subscription issue while adding team members

Hi, we have subscribed for Moralis pro plan which has 4 team member capacity. But without reaching the maximum capacity, the dashboard throws an error (Maximum capacity reached, please upgrade your subscription). Please rectify this issue and provide assistance for us.

The Moralis account was registered with this account email id. Let us know if any other details are required.
