I am testing the streams on a free account but I am not convinced with this product, I check random events and the stream comes with a delay of about 5 seconds - 10 seconds and sometimes even after 4 minutes. Definitely not real time
Example , Event from transfer on ftmscan is 12:39:38 , notification is late 12:39:47
I thought stream meant real-time results so does your product actually deliver or is it just a promise?
you will receive 2 events, one relatively fast in few seconds for the unconfirmed event and one later after the transaction is considered as confirmed
But as I wrote since I’ve been testing it, on average I get a notification 10 seconds later. This is too long
Or maybe it depends on the moralis package (what I doubt) or the EVM network or somethink else?
10 seconds is a tragedy, free reddit bots have a 2 second delay so how am I supposed to pay basically I don’t know what for ?

I don’t know the exact reason. It can also depend on your location and the extra steps to process the data. You may get faster results by connecting directly to a node. But you will have to manage the node connection, to handle reorgs, the node can also be out of sync.
Do you have in mind some paid rpc node from alchemy or infura? how much difference can it make? Do you have any instructions on how to set it up correctly?
I don’t know how you can set it up correctly. You should be able to get easily a paid RPC url.
