[SOLVED] Subscription not canceled upon request

Hello,

I sent an email to [email protected] on March 17th asking for a cancelation of my pro subscription (after I posted a request on this forum asking how to cancel…).
Unfortunately two months later I still have not had my subscription cancelled, and have been charged twice since then for an amount of approximately 50 pounds. I am a student, I can’t afford this at all, how can I ensure that my subscription is cancelled and I will no longer be charged, and is a refund in order for the two previous charges made on my account after the cancelation request was made?

Let me know your email address in DMs, the one from which you sent us a request for cancellation. I’ll double check if there was a conversation. Then we’ll see the status of subscription and refunds.
