[SOLVED] Stuck at the Sync tab

Hi, I just setup some smart contract syncs for my project but now whenever I click the sync tab I get stuck at a loading screen. I only have 4 smart contract events synced, how would I go about fixing this?

Hi have you tried restarting your server? You can also try the legacy UI to check your syncs.

Hi, I came across the same issue since last week. I used Legacy UI which worked till recently. But now, Legacy UI is no longer working. I get " This site can’t be reached" error on legacy URL. Can someone please help.

the legacy UI was deprecated, what is the server url?

the issue is that you don’t see the event syncs?

Server URL is https://e4ekuxvfhcwu.usemoralis.com:2053/server

I just see screen with text “Loading…”

All other screens comes up fine (cloud functions, plug-in store etc…)

any specific error or request that you see in network tab happening when it is stuck?

you can see the events in EventSyncStatus

did you had ETH chain enabled before and it was removed for that server?

Great finding! I had Rinkeby enabled earlier which was removed. I re-enabled Rinkeby and now it is working fine. Thanks for the help.
