It happened once after the first payment.
it looks like the account associated with that server is a free account
Do I have to delete and recreate the server?
I am currently inquiring with the customer service center,
but they said that the account is not a pro plan,
so I took a screenshot of the account status and sent it to them.

You can upgrade the server in order to not be a sleeping server. You can send an email to [email protected] if you want to upgrade the server.
