Hi there! Our Moralis instance is not responding, After checking through moralis admin dashboard I could see the status of our Dapp loading. Even trying out the hard reset its still showing in loading state

This is our production Dapp with around 200K user base please look into this issue asap.
That is an upgraded server or a non upgraded one?

@salman-km, the server is working now, it looks like coreservices plugin was installed recently on that server
It is an upgraded one. It was working as legacy server and due to ram over utilisation, I restarted the server and moved it to nitro about two months ago and it started working fine. But somehow its RAM issue occured and maybe caused the server crash. Let me know the exact issue so we donโt have to face this issue on our server again.

By upgraded I mean its on basic plan of moralis.
Yes, that is also an upgrade, but not for the server in particular. There are other possible upgrades for the servers with different hardware configurations.
How can we upgrade hardware configurations?

you should upgrade that server if you plan to use it for production
We are on a basic plan already isnโt that enough?
servers have different upgrade plans, if you need a server with more processing power, you could upgrade the server separately
Can we get a report on how much resources are being used and how much more power is required to handle our server load
