[SOLVED] Can't add OpenSea Plugin to server

I try to install the OpenSea plugin and I filled in the speedy nodes form, then when I click save there is a long delay, so I clicked the button many times and after a while the the plugin installed successfully modal appear many times until it sort of crashes the server, and when I check the server again seems the plugin is not installed yet. I also tried other plugins, seems it can’t be added successfully. Just modal appearing but nothing is changing to the server themselves
