Server stuck in "Reloading" state

Hello. I had a server hibernate recently, and it seems to have gotten stuck while restarting. It’s been loading for over a week. Can someone give this thing a kick for me? I need some config data out of it and I cannot access it currently.

I have some contract event syncs set up that I would like to port over to a new instance in the event that this instance cannot be recovered.
