Just joined a few days ago. I clicked the CREATE NEW APP button and chose the Matic testnet (Mumbai) server with location in SanFranciso.
It then showed “5% Deploying Instance” and it has been stuck that way ever since. I just tried adding another one and got same thing.
Update - the second server I created is now deployed but the first one I tried to create is still stuck with 5% deploying instance and there seems to be no way of deleting it.

Is your server still deploying? it should take less than 10 minutes (even less), maybe you need to refresh your dashboard page, let us know the result
