Roles not accessible through Query despite ACL and CLP

I am not able to query roles on my frontend. It works using with Moralis.Cloud functions but not with the default user despite CLP that is set to public read and ACL with read, write, addField for that user.

Are you querying the class after authenticating from the same user/wallet?
If yes, can you also share your serverurl, so we can check.
