resyncMetadata Metadata refresh not working on Cronos

Called resyncMetadata for the atlantisPlanet collection on cronos mainnet but the metadata has not been refreshed.

Collection contract: 0x3A19A693a29b43BAE23F32B498d1A24D09F19878

Context: The NFT metadata was updated ~24 hours ago, for an image and metadata reveal. But Moralis API still shows old metadata.

How are you calling resync metadata endpoint? Did you use your own api key?

we are using our own api key and it says request has been queued
