Read `moralisSubdomain` from `.env` file

Right now, when I run:

moralis-admin-cli get-logs

I have to pass the --moralisSubdomain to get it to run in one command. It would be great if it could read this from the .env file like it does the moralisApiKey and moralisApiSecret
