Just want to know if I change some of the code of my website files on my local machine,
how to update it to the site?
Coz I try the cloud file function it just didn’t work.
And I try to undeploy and deploy again, also don’t work.

What command did you try? It should be more or less the same one you used in the first place.
It would be better to use a hosting provider like Netlify or Vercel for deploying your site.
