Netflix and aribnb clone - dependency cannot be install

Can i ask some help why I cannot install dependency on starter file for netflix and airbnb?
I download the complete youtube-tutorials file and cd netflix and airbnb starter kit
but when I try running yarn i got these on both starter file.
