I plan to reduce gas fees of a crypto exchange using Moralis. But, I need to know how to work with Moralis and develop that. After that, I will apply Moralis for the crypto exchange.

Moralis provides data API services. You can read blockchain data using our API. We dont have any API endpoints that reduces gas fees.

So what makes gas fees equal to zero according this doc is just Biconomy not Moralis, true?

You can learn about zksync chain. It uses side chains to reduce the gas. There is no direct way to reduce the gas fees on L1 chain. Even with Biconomy someone has to pay the gas fees.
