My heroku server gives an error that No web processes running

my heroku server gives an error that No web processes running and also server is also not running and in my dapp it shows cross origin issue

can anyone help me with this

maybe there are some logs for the server that is not running?

yes in logs it shows this error

there should be a web service running? if yes, are there logs somewhere for that server?

yes the image I upload that is for that server logs only
