Is there a method in Moralis to piece together multi transactions into the one transaction - off chain - then submitting it to a chain as one entity?

No. Moralis doesn’t have any separate method to this. However, it is possible to execute this.
In this video, you can understand how to execute two transactions with a single transaction fee. Maybe the same method can be used to batch multiple transactions and execute them at once.
