Actually I’ve wasted about 4 hours to figure that out
This types says that I can only input to_block.
But you know what it is not working.
Actually i’ve forced ‘toBlock’ with @ts-ignore and it worked.

Can you please fix types?
Also everywhere in v2 we are using EvmChainish or this types family.
And in this type we have just raw type with separators.
