Moralis User Assets Question

Hi all, I was following the getting started tutorial on Moralis and in this tutorial, it says:
Moralis fetches data from all blockchain where the address of the user has been active and you can see and query all tokens, NFTs and past transactions of the user all in one database.

  • I am unable to see the ETH balance in Moralis database. It has this database table name EthBalance, but I can’t see the balance being recorded in any column…
  • I am unable to see the other chains (BSC, FTM, AVAX, etc.) in the metamask in Moralis database
  • I am unable to track NFT on those chains.
  • I’ve moved assets on the wallet, but nothing changes in database.

Can anyone help what’s wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

I am now following this documentation Web3 API (Token, Balances, NFTs), I think it has the answer there. Will post again if I’m still confused.
