One of our team members tried to access this URL from the US and wasn’t able to open it.

He tried to open it in the browser too. But even then it was not working.

But why isn’t the Moralis Gateway URL working?
There is another Moralis gateway for ipfs, one with a custom port. Did you also try that one?
Yes, this one worked- https://ipfs.moralis.io:2053/ipfs/
But why isn’t https://gateway.moralisipfs.com/ipfs/ working?

It was not working when someone from the US tried to access it. It was working fine when accessed from India
then maybe it is a different issue, maybe something was blocking that specific url, I would expect it to work in US too
