Moralis internal server error for serchNFTs

Hi
i am send http get request to moralis and link is
https://deep-index.moralis.io/api/v2/nft/search?chain=eth&format=decimal&q=XANA:
Genesis&filter=name&limit=100

but getting error : status: 500, statusText: ‘Internal Server Error’,
what is the reason and what should i do ?

I am able to get response from the same URL.
