Is or will there be a way to integrate Moralis to Azure services such as SQL / databases for example?

Yeah, you could use webhooks as described here: https://docs.moralis.io/cloud-functions#cloud-function-webhooks .
Then you could process the data externally but still call the cloud functions as if they were a part of the Moralis cloud functions.
