I am trying to reach technical support of moralis as i haven’t found any way. i just need system to index some NFT collections data. please help me with this.

Well i am developer my self but having some issues with moralis as some of the information aren’t available at some api endpoints, Like unable to get trades of a NFT contract.

Sometimes I ask myself the same question. The server has so many issues and all the freaking time something happens.
