Integration of ETH and matic (Polygon) payments

I want to use Moralis to build a marketplace for NFTs that can be settled by matic(Polygon) and ETH respectively.

Do I need to set up a Moralis Server on each mainnet of Polygon and ETH, and have the DB switch every time a user selects a payment method?

You need to select all chain you needed. The database will contain information about all transactions and will be divided across networks.
