I have trouble creating a new moralis server and launching a new dapp
The docs are not clear.
Could you guide me to doc that is relevant to V2.

Moralis v2 sdk does not require the old Moralis server. You can directly use the v2 sdk with just the API key.
You can find some example on how to start with v2 sdk in docs.
Please share what you are trying to build, maybe we can share more related docs for the same.
