Historical runContractFunction

Hello,

just want to know if it is possible to runContractFunction for old blocks to get historical function read data

just like using get erc20 balance to_block to get the balance on specific block

You could use an archive RPC node for that, and there to specify the block number

is this possible with moralis? or should I use other rpcs nodes?

There are archive speedy nodes too. You can find the url in speedy nodes tab in admin interface.
