Does moralis give 10 000 000 req/month or 100 000 000 or 150 000 000 on free tear - consequently how many does pro tear give 25 000 000 or 250 000 000 if it is 10 000 000 -> 25 000 000 is it some recent change as I remember it was 150 000 000 not so long ago?

The current free plan gives you a maximum of 1500req/min with a total monthly limit of 10,000,000 reqs/month for both node and API calls. If the monthly limit is hit, the service will stop until next month.
The pro plan gives you a maximum of 3500req/min with a total monthly limit of 25,000,000 reqs/month for both node and API calls. If the monthly limit is exceeded, you will be billed $25 per 1 million additional requests made.

All of these limits are per account, and not per network. These are indeed the new limits we set not too long ago, but in case you paid for a moralis pro plan before this change, we still honor our old limits for our first customers, which were higher exactly as you recall it.
I hope that gives a bit more clarification about the confusion you may have had.
