Error in some api endpoint

hello

why some endpoint like getnfttransfersbyblock and getblock return {} for some block_number like 15924810?
i am using python.
but when i got the same blocknumber in your site (api section) i got results .

what is the problem?

i also should mention that this problem arise since 10 hours ago

That happens on eth? I think that it is a timeout error in case that it happens on eth

You could retry few times in case or error. We have to make it work faster on our side.
