Error 500 in creating new config parameter in dashboard

Hi, I’m trying to add a new parameter using the config tab in my dashboard, nothing happens and if I look at the console it returns a POST error (like in the screenshot)

It’s the first time so I’m not sure if I’ve done something wrong
