this happened after i restore my account.

You are trying to access your database not correct way. The correct link is:
https://fgktugi8prtj.usemoralis.com:2083
But also you can open your server db from admin panel: https://admin.moralis.io/servers

Sorry, I was using this address below by clicking directly on the Dashborad button on the admin panel.
