I am facing an error while opening one of my collection from dashboard.

what is the server url, what do you try to open? it could matter if you have some column names that end in At and are being interpreted as timestamps

hm… it may not be easy, you could connect directly to mongo db

I have whitelisted the Ip, and restarted as well, but I am getting connection timeout

did you whitelist the public IP?
