Cant update server because of reported cloud error

Hello! I can’t update the server and I need to use the bulkMany but it seems I have an old version in production where it doesn’t work.
It seems there is a problem with a cloud function, but i try leaving it empty and it doesn’t work either.

On the other hand, I wanted to know if there is a backup of the database, or how can I make a backup?
