Can't return internal transactions for 9 month ago

I’m trying to fetch some archival transactions with get-wallet-transactions.
It’s works just fine but it doesn’t return the internal transactions for long time in past (about 9 month ago), it returns the transactions but no the internal transactions.

Also it returns the internal transactions for like 1-2 month ago but not much longer.

any idea about this?
Also I’m testing this for my in development project so i’m not paying for any plans. maybe this issue is because i’m using the free api key?

Hi, this is not related to the plan. On some chains we didn’t process yet all the blocks form the past for internal transactions.

This is my main need, so i can’t do anything about it?
any ETA?
the chain is BSC btw

also one more question, is this only related about internal transactions? or should i expect to see this issue for transactions too?
