Hi, the code is same. And it was working. But from today moralis showing phantom not found while trying to login. Can any one help in this ?

I think it’s an error/bug from the phantom extension, possibly due to your URL name.
Usually when a website loads phantom extension injects some scripts into the page (as in the below pic), but it is not happening on your website page, so the sdk is failing to detect the phantom extension.

Yes it looks like an IP being used is the issue or it could be how it has been deployed/served.
This is your page deployed which works fine. So use a domain name for your site or a different host.
