Can't find "Add New Plugin" button

I am following a Moralis tutorial and I want to add a new Plugin. But the “Add New Plugin” button does not appear anymore under the “Plugins” section. How do I add a new plugin? I think this related to the UI update by the way.

Thanks for pointing this out. Yes the Plugin UI has changed quite a bit! I have updated the docs with instructions.
