BSC token balance wrong (not up to date)

Hi! I used your BSC speedy nodes. All is good but yesturday users reported what your node returned wrong balance of token BUSD of address

Now all ok. But it took several hours
How i can detect what your node is unsyncronized?
P.S. I used RPC eth_call method

you could check the value of latest block, you could also make request to another RCP node for redundancy or for checks from time to time
