API is not stable?

Hello,

I found API seems not stable？
When my site request data from moralis cloud funtion, sometimes error occurs like:

error: XMLHttpRequest failed: “Unable to connect to the Parse API”

But I don’t have many vistors now. What’s problem? could you check stat of my server?

what is the server? what type of server it is? did you migrate to self hosted server?

My Server URL is: https://p4gahwp4sdo7.usemoralis.com:2053/server
It is not self hosted. I am using Pro Plan now.
I am worry about the performance.of API.
Could help me check it?

that server is a basic server, is not meant for production, if you want better performance you can self host or you can upgrade that server

We also experienced downtime for the past 2 hours. They probably had major outage but decided to ignore reporting on it…

It works now.

Sometimes I found error occurs: XMLHttpRequest failed: “Unable to connect to the Parse API”
when frontend calls cloud API, even only a few visitors on site.
But it recovered after minutes, connection become normal.

Experience would be terrible for my users :frowning: So I ask for your help.

you could upgrade the server or migrate to a self hosted server, that server that you have now doesn’t have too many hardware resources to be used for production

Which plan should I choose to upgrade for production usage?

You can send an email to [email protected] if you want to upgrade the server. Long term you will have to self host a server because we are going to retire the managed servers in the long term.
