Anomaly value in NFT transfers endpoint

I’m making a request to NFT transfers endpoint of the Rest API and I receive this anomaly transaction value of 11.93 ether which for some reason is clubbed by etherscan, the actual transaction I did was 0.22eth, is there a way to detect that this is a consolidated transaction?

I’ll get back when I have an update, it look like that 11.93 eth is the value from that transaction
