When I log in and click add server nothing happens, inspecting I get a 400 error. It worked the first time though, but I deleted that server.

How many servers have you created? There is a limit of 3 per account. If you have 3 already you’ll need to delete one to make room for another.

This may have to do with the most recent major release that has some breaking changes. Your browser may have an old copy of the website. Try clearing your browser cache and try again.
