Production Syncs are missing

We notice that our production syncs are missing in the dashboard.
The last records we have are from 04/12.
The “Add” button is hidden too.

we try to solve with this post, but it tells us.

How to programmatically reset local chain

So I am posting via Postman with the URL https://mbnzxbccj8uw.usemoralis.com:2053/server/reset_local_chain and the body params {“moralisMasterKey”:“masterkey-here”} I am getting the response: {“error”:“unauthorized”} Any suggestions?
